We're looking for a Business Development Specialist who thrives on identifying and engaging companies within the engineering, energy, and mining sectors. You’ll take the initiative, uncovering opportunities, sparking conversations, and translating business needs into tailored talent strategies.
Your initial focus will be South Africa, but your mindset should be global. You'll collaborate closely with our recruitment team, building lasting, strategic partnerships.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles within recruitment, engineering, energy, mining, or related sectors.
- A proactive, strategic approach to lead generation, market mapping, and B2B relationship-building.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in pitching tailored talent solutions, developing trust with technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Experience or exposure to the renewable energy space is advantageous, but not mandatory.
Flexible Engagement Options:
We’re open to different engagement models to suit your availability and expertise, including:
- Fixed-term contract (full-time or part-time)
- Part-time consultancy for a defined duration
- Freelance arrangement on a project-by-project basis
