Job Description

Minimum Requirements

  • BSc / BTech / NDip Electrical Engineering

  • 10+ years relevant experience in HV systems, substations, or grid integration

  • Experience in grid compliance, protection systems, HV equipment and commissioning

  • Experience reviewing SLDs, protection philosophies, FAT/SAT reports and energisation protocols

  • Ability to liaise with utilities and EPC teams on grid readiness and compliance

  • Strong site-based technical oversight capability

  • Proven risk management ability — identifying and mitigating technical, commercial and contractual risks proactively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong HSSE awareness in HV environments
