Job Description

Minimum Requirements 

  • BSc / BTech / NDip Mechanical Engineering

  • 10+ years of mechanical engineering / construction experience

  • Experience on at least two utility-scale solar PV projects in mechanical site roles

  • Strong understanding of tracker systems, mounting structures, torqueing, lifting operations, mechanical QA/QC

  • Ability to review and interpret mechanical drawings, ITPs and quality plans

  • Experience supervising mechanical subcontractors and site works

  • Strong HSSE mindset

  • Proven risk management ability — identifying and mitigating risks proactively

  • Strong communication and reporting skills
